The format conversion generates as output three types of documents: EPUB, LRF, and MOBI. The formats that Calibre accepts as input are MOBI, LIT, PRC, EPUB, ODT, FB2, HTML, CBR, CBZ, RTF, TXT, PDF and LRS.
